Scope and who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Bookivo LLC ("Bookivo", "we", "us" or "our") handles personal information when you visit bookivo.com, contact us, or engage with us about a potential business relationship.

Bookivo LLC is a limited liability company formed and registered in the State of Washington, United States. Our principal US office is at 5608 17th Avenue NW, Suite 2058, Seattle, WA 98107. Bookivo LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tinggo Travel Pte. Ltd.

This Policy covers our corporate website and related business communications. Services supplied under a separate platform, distribution or commercial agreement may be subject to additional privacy terms in that agreement.

Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Contact and professional information, such as your name, business email, telephone number, job title, employer and business address.
  • Enquiry and correspondence information, including the content of messages, meeting details, proposals and records of our communications.
  • Technical and usage information, such as IP address, device and browser type, pages requested, referring URLs, timestamps and security logs.
  • Business relationship information, including due diligence, onboarding and operational information provided by prospective or current partners.

Please do not send traveller, payment, identity document or other sensitive information through the general enquiry email address unless we have specifically requested it through an approved secure channel.

We obtain information directly from you or your organisation, from interactions with our website and systems, from our affiliates and service providers, and from legitimate public or commercial sources used for business verification and relationship management.

We use personal information to:

We do not currently use advertising cookies or sell website visitor data for cross-context behavioural advertising. If we introduce non-essential analytics or advertising technologies, we will update this Policy and provide any notice or choice required by law.

  • our parent company and other affiliated companies where needed to support operations, security, compliance or a business relationship;
  • vendors that provide hosting, communications, professional, security and other business services under appropriate obligations;
  • airlines, travel sellers and other commercial counterparties where necessary for an authorised relationship or service;
  • public authorities or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety and security; and
  • a buyer, investor or successor in connection with a corporate transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell personal information for money. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.

International transfers

Bookivo operates in an international travel-distribution environment. Personal information may therefore be processed in the United States, Singapore or other countries where our affiliates, partners and service providers operate. Where required, we use contractual or other recognised safeguards for international transfers.

Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including relationship management, security, dispute resolution and legal or regulatory obligations. Retention periods vary according to the type of information, the relationship and applicable requirements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure. No system or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so please use approved secure channels when exchanging confidential information with us.

To make a request, email partnerships@bookivo.com with the subject line "Privacy Request". We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website.
