Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of bookivo.com (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site is owned and operated by Bookivo LLC ("Bookivo", "we", "us" or "our"), a limited liability company formed and registered in the State of Washington, United States. Our principal US office is at 5608 17th Avenue NW, Suite 2058, Seattle, WA 98107. Bookivo LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tinggo Travel Pte. Ltd.

This Site provides corporate information about Bookivo's business-to-business airline distribution technology and related services. It is not a consumer flight-booking website and does not, by itself, create a booking, ticket, agency, supplier or other commercial relationship.

Access to Bookivo platforms, airline content, APIs, ticketing, fulfilment, servicing or other commercial services is governed by a separate written agreement and any applicable airline, supplier or technical rules. If these Terms conflict with such an agreement, the separate agreement controls for those services.

You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. If you use the Site on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to act for that organisation and that both you and the organisation will comply with these Terms.

You may use the Site for lawful business and informational purposes. You must not:

• violate any applicable law or third-party right;
• interfere with the Site, bypass security controls, probe for vulnerabilities or introduce malicious code;
• scrape, harvest or extract Site content or data at scale without our written permission;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, affiliation or authority;
• use the Site to send unlawful, misleading, abusive or unsolicited communications; or
• reproduce or commercially exploit the Site except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

The Site, including its design, text, graphics, software, branding and other content, is owned by or licensed to Bookivo and is protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to view the Site for lawful business and informational purposes. No other licence is granted.

We aim to keep the Site accurate and useful, but content may be incomplete, out of date or changed without notice. Network figures, airline examples, capabilities and market coverage may reflect wider group relationships and vary by market, source, availability, technical readiness and commercial arrangement.

Nothing on the Site is a binding offer, guarantee, service-level commitment or professional advice. Any proposal or commercial commitment must be set out in a separate written agreement signed by authorised representatives.

Airline, travel-platform and other third-party names or marks belong to their respective owners. References to them describe network or industry context and do not necessarily imply endorsement. Third-party links are provided for convenience, and we do not control or accept responsibility for third-party websites, content or services.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information in connection with this Site and related business communications. By using the Site, you acknowledge that Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided "as is" and "as available". Bookivo disclaims all express, implied and statutory warranties relating to the Site, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability and security. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bookivo and its affiliates, officers, employees and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising from or connected with the Site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bookivo's aggregate liability arising from or connected with the Site will not exceed US$100. These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Liability under a separate commercial agreement is governed by that agreement.

You are responsible for your use of the Site. To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify Bookivo and its affiliates against third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Site, your material breach of these Terms, or your infringement of another party's rights.

We may update the Site or these Terms, or suspend or withdraw any part of the Site, at any time. Revised Terms take effect when posted unless a later date is stated. Your continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms. We may restrict access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached or security is at risk.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or connected with the Site or these Terms must be brought exclusively in the state courts located in King County, Washington, or the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington, and each party consents to their jurisdiction and venue.

If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding use of the Site, except where a separate written agreement applies.
